4 Bet's Terms & Conditions — Transparent, Simple & Fully in Bangla

These Terms & Conditions apply to the 4 bet platform (operated via the website https://4bet-baji.com) and all associated services, applications, and products. 4 bet is an online betting and gaming platform primarily serving users in Bangladesh.

In this document, "we", "us", or "4 bet" refers to the entity operating the platform. "You" or "Member" refers to any user who has registered on or is using 4 bet's services.

These terms and conditions are consistent with the laws in force in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts shall apply.

To open an account at 4 bet, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. The following details are mandatory:

• Full Name (as per National ID)
• Date of Birth (for age verification)
• Active mobile number (for OTP verification)
• Valid email address
• Current address

Account Verification (KYC)

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for withdrawals of ৳ 10,000 or more. The following will be required:

• Scanned copy of National ID or passport
• Selfie photo (with ID)
• Proof of payment method verification

To update any information provided at registration, please contact our support team. Once your identity has been verified, core details such as your name and date of birth may no longer be editable.

4 bet is an adults-only betting platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use an account. This age requirement is strictly enforced with no exceptions.

The following individuals are not eligible to use 4 bet:

• Users under 18 years of age
• Residents of countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law
• Individuals previously banned by 4 bet
• 4 bet employees and their immediate family members

Important Deposit Terms

• Only use a payment account registered in your own name
• Third-party payments are not accepted and may be treated as money laundering
• If a deposit is incomplete or fails, contact support immediately with a screenshot
• 4 bet charges no deposit fees, though your bank or MFS provider may apply their own charges

Withdrawing funds from 4 bet is quick and straightforward. However, the following conditions must be observed:

• KYC verification may be required prior to withdrawal (depending on the amount)
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit (where possible)
• Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal from your bonus balance
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳ 500
• A new withdrawal request cannot be submitted while one is already being processed

4 bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals for security verification or in cases of suspected suspicious activity. Members will be notified by email or SMS in such cases.

4 bet offers a variety of bonuses and vouchers, each with its own specific terms. The general rules are as follows:

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering requirements must be completed within a specified period after the bonus is credited
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met
• A voucher may only be used once per account
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously
• Proven bonus abuse (multiple accounts, group betting, etc.) will result in bonus cancellation

4 bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus programme at any time. Members will be notified of changes via the platform or by email.

The following rules apply when placing bets on 4 bet:

Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet is placed and confirmation is received, it is considered final
• 4 bet reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted once an event has kicked off (Live Betting excluded)
• If a match is cancelled, all bets will be fully refunded

Odds Changes

4 bet reserves the right to change odds at any time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final. Any subsequent odds changes will not affect already confirmed bets.

Live Betting

Odds in live and in-play betting change rapidly. Due to network delays, the odds displayed may differ from those at the time your bet is confirmed. 4 bet will always use the odds at the time of confirmation as the final reference.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4 bet platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Match fixing or manipulation: Manipulating or participating in the artificial fixing of any match result
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds differences across platforms to generate risk-free profit
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, identity changes, or coordinated group activity
• Money laundering: Attempting to launder illicit funds through betting
• Automation or Bot Usage: Using automated software to place bets
• Selling or renting your account: Allowing others to use your account
• Hacking or Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system

There are certain limitations to 4 bet's liability that all members should be aware of:

• 4 bet is not liable for bet losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or loss of internet connection
• 4 bet is not liable for any losses arising from your account password being accessed by another person
• Any issues arising from placing bets using incorrect information are the sole responsibility of the member
• 4 bet is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers

However, if a member suffers a direct loss due to our error, we will provide every reasonable assistance and take appropriate steps to offer fair compensation.

4 bet may update these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• For major changes, a notification will be sent at least 7 days in advance
• Minor amendments may take effect without prior notice
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms

Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing. 4 bet also reserves the right to close accounts in the event of a terms violation.
